The ask was to work with Blue Shield of California (BSC) to design an immersive and interactive welcome centre experience which could help them to grow their business. The experience had to showcase a wide range of product information and enable demonstrations of BSC Apps or member stories.
This welcome centre would enable sales staff to host and educate prospective clients about a very wide range of BSC offered services. Working as a lead UX within a large of team (included creative design, content and technology specialists) we developed a rich multi touchpoint experience. This provided several focal points as part of a highly choreographed product knowledge setting.
